My name is Dan, and I live in Oceanside California. I have a passion for hiking, riding motorcycles, and traveling. I also love spending time with my beautiful wife Annie and our son Ethan. Before moving to Oceanside I lived in San Francisco where I attended college. During this time I became interested in mixed media, videography, and photography. 

After graduating from San Francisco State University I moved to San Diego and pursued photography. I found that while distributing my photos I relied more on technology such as web hosting that I found fascinating and eventfully to an interest in IoT systems. I currently work for a company that involves providing security and access control for military families both on and off of base. During this time I have learned a lot about end user wants, needs, and how to implement a suitable system.

I am very thankful for my evolution of interests. I believe in following your passion and to make a positive impact on the world around me.
